What to Wear for Your Visits:

Please come ready for your appointments. Please wear comfortable, casual, quick to remove clothing.   Leave your jewelry at home.

Some services you will be asked to wear a gown while other services you remained clothed. This is not the time to wear your newer, better clothing. 

Since we need to get to your abdomen area for body toning and cellulite treatments (buttock area), a two piece bathing suit, or bra and thong panties are the preferred apparel for women, swimming trunks are preferred for men.

For massage services, our therapists are trained to use proper draping for discretion and privacy. Disrobing for our services is always done within each guest's comfort level.

Appointments:

Scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each service. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed by a credit card, or prepayment. Please be on time or several minutes early to insure full treatment time. As a courtesy, we make a confirmation call within 48 hours of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours notice in the event of cancellation.The scheduled time has been held open for you with a technician standing by ready to serve you. If full notice is not provided, we will bill for ½ the amount of services reserved. If no notice is provided, we will bill you for the entire amount of services reserved. Because of the 24 hour cancellation requirement, a credit card is required when scheduling services, even if payment will be made in cash, check or by gift certificate.

Late Arrivals:

 If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be shortened so we finish on time for the next client. The fee for the treatment will remain the same.

Your Next Appointment:

To insure availability and timeliness of your preferred appointment, we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave.

What Types of Payments Are Accepted:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks,  and Cash

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates make great gifts and are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable.  Gift certificates are the same as cash, and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. They may be used for any NewYou.com service or product. Donation certificates are valid Tuesday  Friday.

Is It Customary to Leave a Gratuity?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. A gratuity may be included in a check or credit card payment. A standard gratuity is fifteen to twenty percent.
